Assistants 
Ishoka assistants work as part of the team whist training and working towards a City & Guilds Qualification. All assistants will complete an NVQ Level 2 in hairdressing with all training and assessment's taking place within the salon environment. The NVQ covers a range of practical and theoretical sessions to prepare them as they begin their career within the hairdressing industry.
